So what does this all mean? What this shows is that Knox County TN as a whole (all subarea and all prices) has an average of 5.43 months of inventory. Therefore, if you getting ready to list your home you want to make sure you hire a Realtor® who has a great understanding of the local market and can provide you with a through Comparative Market Analysis to make sure that your home has a list price that will allow your home to sell, as even the best marketing in the world will not sell your overpriced listing, but may very well sell all of your neighbors homes.
In the Knoxville TN area real estate was not exactly best these past 6 months, but things have really started to pick up lately. How much has it improved as a whole this past month- well let me just show you the numbers.
