Your Trash may be Another's Treasure- Think Before You Toss

What is trash to you may be a treasure to someone else.   Your clutter may be exactly what someone needs.  In efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle many groups such as www.Freecycle.org have created local forums to allow people to get rid of materials they no longer want without dumping them into the landfills.

This program is completely free- all you have to do is register.  I personally have freecycled several items in my house ranging anywhere from old fish tank stands, excess bubble mailers from a previous on-line business venture, to miscellaneous small items that would be perfect for gift baskets.

Before you go and throw out all that old stuff that you consider trash, try using freecycle and help keep unnecessary items out of the landfills.

So what are you waiting for?  Head on over to the freecycle.org website by clicking the logo below to register and to start doing your part to keep things out of the landfills- and you never know you may find someone giving away something you need as well.
