I just received my NAR GREEN designation- 1st in Knoxville, TN

Green Realtors in Knoxville TN

As of May 26th Christine McInerney has successfully become the 1st NAR Green Certified REALTOR® in Knoxville, TN.  Christine also hold the EcoBroker® Certification as well (only 6 in Knoxville, TN).  Jennifer has successfully taken and passed the NAR GREEN Core course and just has to complete the elective course and submit her application to the NAR Green Resource Council.

Both Jennifer and I have a strong interest in conserving the environment and thanks to the Green practices finally merging with the real estate market have the opportunity to mix our two loves of Environmental Science and Real Estate.

Both Jennifer and I have Bachelors in Biology.  Prior to entering real estate Jennifer had worked as a microbiologist.  Christine holds a Bachelors in Biology with a specialization in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a minor in Chemistry as well as a Masters in Science.  Prior to entering real estate I spend 7 years teaching as a public high school Biology, Life Science, and Ecology teacher in the Knox County Public School system.  During this time period I worked with the Ameri-Corp "Adopt-A-Watershed Program". 

We are happy to be able to merge our strong Science backgrounds into our current real estate practices.
