Off of the second bedroom there is also a walk-up attic with tons of extra storage. If you still need more space, this home doesn't end here! There is also a walk-out unfinished basement with over 1300 square feet. Come spring, this place will explode with the colors of beautiful east Tennessee trees, bulbs and flowering shrubs. Off of the main level is access to a large deck that also has a gas line ready for that gourmet grill to enjoy summer entertaining. From the walk-out basement is a nice patio and access to tall under deck storage. The backyard is level and has plenty of room for playsets, trampolines, a pool, etc. It's hard to believe that a dream home like this really exists and you will quickly see that your home search ends here!

Remarks
Have the best of everything with this 4 year young detached villa with a HUGE yard that you don't even have to take care of! Very unique opportunity to have all of the conveniences of a townhome-like community, but none of the negatives. Home has a wonderful, open, bright floor plan with extra large kitchen, split bedroom layout, luxurious master bath all on the main level. Plus a nice bonus room upstairs with extra storage. The lot is over 1/3 of an acre and sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a special property! Located in Fountain City (a community in north-east Knoxville) is the elegant subdivision of Summer Rose. This neighborhood offers single family homes and a small section of these free-standing villas. The low maintenance fees are only $85 per month and that includes mowing, trash collection and mulching once a year. The villas are actually Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) and that means that unlike a condominium, you actually own the land that the home sits on. In this case, the lot of this home is over a quarter acre and fencing is permitted as long as you follow the association guidelines. Plus you don't have any neighbors attached to you! This particular unit sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and a comfortable covered front porch welcomes you home. You enter into a nice foyer which leads into a large great room with high cathedral ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious and opens up into the living room. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, tons of counter space, a kitchen island, a pantry, and a breakfast nook. The home also has a beautiful formal dining room with wainscoting and crown molding. The home has a split bedroom floor plan with the master bedroom on the right and the other 2 bedrooms on the left side of the house. The master bathroom features dual vanity sinks, a whirlpool tub and separate stand-up shower. The other two bedrooms are good sized and have access to the second full bathroom. One of the best features of the home is the huge bonus room above the garage. This home truly has the best of everything. Call us for a showing today!
